Sleep Solutions

Is My Sleep Training Right For You And Your Baby?

  • Are you exhausted most of the time?
  • Do you have no time for yourself?
  • Does your baby rely on you to become drowsy or to fall asleep?
  • Do you want a kind and gentle sleep solution, avoiding controlled crying?
  • Does your baby only sleep for short periods?
  • Have you tried everything to get your baby to sleep well?
  • Do you want to find a long term solution to help your baby sleep well?
  • Would you like to learn how to correct future sleep issues and stay on track through illness, teething and travelling?

If you answer ‘yes’ to any or all of these questions, then my baby sleep solution is perfect for you.

My approach to sleep is to teach you to teach your baby to be a good sleeper. By working this way, we can ensure your baby is able to sleep well throughout their infant years and into childhood.

As you go through the training yourself, you will learn how to tackle any regressions that inevitably occur with illness or teething. This means you can avoid any future long term sleep deprivation. And if your baby doesn’t bounce back, you’ll know where I am!

Getting help is the first step in ensuring you have a healthy, happy baby and a good night’s sleep.

Different to other sleep trainers

Unlike other sleep clinics, I don’t have different nannies working for me. You employ me and will always have access to me, meaning you continually receive the very best of my knowledge, care and support. I’m fully accountable for the advice I give and the success rates I have.

Throughout the support period you have the benefit of my expertise in the following areas:

  • Nursing – I can look into medical issues such as reflux, poor weight gain or colic.
  • Nutrition – I assess and advise on food issues (e.g. CMPI or CMPA), weaning, fussy eating and nutrition when reducing milk feeds.
  • Breastfeeding – as well as breastfeeding my three babies, I have completed a breast feeding course with the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers. This enables me to advise on breastfeeding, how to separate breast from sleep and weaning from breast milk onto solids.
  • Nannying – having worked as a nanny for 15 years (not to mention having three children of my own!) I can advise on behaviour in relation to sleep and meal times.
  • Weaning – during the cookery classes I hold privately and at Sure Start Children’s Centres, I’ve showed hundreds of parents how to make baby food. You can be sure I have plenty of ideas, recipes and practical knowledge in this area.
  • First Aid – as well as being a qualified children’s nurse, I have taught first aid to many parents. My experience of childhood illnesses and accidents ensures all of my practises are safe. I can advise on childhood illnesses, how to stay on track and how to address different illnesses in relation to sleep.
  • Routines – I travelled around the world as a maternity nurse for ten years with professional golfers, advising on routine changes, travelling with a baby and how to adapt routines. Read my ‘Travelling with a baby’ blog

My sleep training approach is gentle, loving, caring and supportive. We will be in contact on a daily basis throughout the whole process, as I teach you how to teach your baby to be a good sleeper. My approach ensures your baby is sleeping well at the conclusion of my support and you are fully equipped with the knowledge and confidence to solve any future sleep regressions.

In the 10 years I’ve been solving sleep issues for families, I’ve never come across a situation I haven’t felt completely confident to solve. It’s my job to transfer this confidence over to you, so you can implement the necessary changes and teach your baby to sleep well.

If you read my testimonials you can see there are many parents who were once in the same situation as you are now.  There is always a sleep training solution for every sleep issue.

Getting help is the first step in ensuring you have a healthy, happy baby and a good night’s sleep.
