A baby or toddler with a sleep is can be incredibly stressful on a family and the root cause of the issues are often much more complex than just sleep. It is my complete qualifications and experience that makes me uniquely able to look at the bigger picture. I work to find the causes of the sleep issues first, whether that is a medical condition, diet related or behavioural and create bespoke program that will address these issues before we address the sleep routine itself. This is what sets me apart from other sleep training solutions such as night nannies or standard sleep advisors.
My sleep training approach is kind and gentle with no controlled crying. We will be in contact throughout the whole process as I teach you how to help your baby to be a good sleeper. My approach ensures your baby is sleeping well at the conclusion of my support and you are fully equipped to solve any future sleep issues or regressions.

Free assessment call or email.

You complete my ‘Sleep Solution’ and ‘24hr Diary’ forms.

We have an initial consultation.

You check the aims for the program, adding or amending anything as you see fit.

I devise a ‘Personalised Sleep Program’.

We have a ‘First Steps’ consultation where we discuss daytime changes, weaning, feeding, routine changes and how to settle your baby.

Parent support begins; this includes 24 hour support when you need it!

Night-time consultation begins. This addresses night time feeds, consistency overnight, co-sleeping and night-time waking (24 hour support when needed in this stage).

Sleep training stage. This is gradual withdrawal with daily support throughout the changes, until your baby is sleeping well and independently.
Most sleep programs take between 3 and 5 weeks. Many families see immediate improvements as soon as they begin to make changes following the ‘First Steps’ consultation.

Thank you so much for your support Hannah – it was exactly what I needed. Although I knew in theory what I needed to do in terms of removing less appropriate sleep cues, I had no clue how to actually go about making those changes, and certainly I was very uncertain that I could do it.
